June 29, 2011
Hi,

Perfectly Motivated People
Salt & Light Volume IV, Issue 17 by Laurie Prindle

"Then God said 'Let there be light'; and there was light! And God saw that the light was good...!" (Genesis 1:3-4a)

You Are Good
Have you ever noticed every time God speaks, something "good" is created?

"Then God said, 'Let Us make man in our image, according to Our likeness and let them rule...'" (Genesis 1:24) "...male and female He created them." (Genesis 1:27)

I don't know about you, but I struggle from time to time about my significance. "Does what I do really matter that much?" And then I remind myself of all the precious promises of God!

Ephesians 2:10 states "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."

You Are Sacred & Significant
Did you know that as Christians everything we do is sacred and significant in the sight of God?

Whether you're working at your job, taking the kids to school, washing dishes or your husband's clothes, in God's eyes these "works" are precious and just as significant as going to church, praying or reading your bible.

You Have Vision & Purpose
All of us women need to get a grasp of knowing our significance! When we really know who we are in Christ, we start walking with a whole new vision and purpose for our lives.

We reach out and touch others not because we have to, but because of the overflow of His life and purpose resonating within us!
