Spring has Sprung
Salt & Light Volume II, Issue 11 by D. Scott Prindle

"...having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever... "
(1 Peter 1:23 NKJV)

Here in the Teton Mountains spring has finally arrived. Last week there was snow covering our lawn.

This week its retreat reveals that voles reproduced exponentially all winter.

They ate a good part of our acre of lawn. It looks like a giant maze of tunnels.

The good news is that that the hawks, eagles, owls, badgers, and wild cats will have plenty of food to regain vitality after a long winter.

Spring also reminds us that with the right climate, things emerge from dormancy and begin to grow again. How is your "climate" these days? Is it right for growth of the incorruptible seed God has put in you?

Here are three things to do to emerge from dormancy to new life:

  • Water the seed with the Living Water... Pentecost's gift of the Holy Spirit.
  • Give the seed the Light with the Word of God... a Lamp unto your feet.
  • Fertilize with prayer... fellowship with your Father and His Son.
Let that seed emerge from dormancy to bear fruit in your life and business. Spring is a great time to evaluate what you can do to move your business forward.

Be Fruitful
As you give your seed the right climate to flourish, you will uncover ways to multiply your efforts and produce abundance. Your overflow will benefit those who have been through lean times and are ready for nourishment.

Laurie and I will be traveling on a two week business trip. We'll be in Reno, Nevada; Sacramento, Santa Rosa, San Jose, Carmel, and Fresno, California; and Clovis, New Mexico.

If you're anywhere near these cities give us a call. We'd love to meet up with you. We will be sharing all the things God is doing out in the Marketplace with you in the near future. Until then... emerge!

Love Never Fails,
